Termites are coming out of the woodwork and have started to swarm. Swarmers fly from their existing colony in search of mates and new locations to build a nest and establish a new colony. They swarm when their colony reaches a particular size and the weather reaches optimum conditions. Swarming is a pretty good sign that there is a significantly-sized colony in or near your home. Because most damage done by termites goes unnoticed behind the walls, swarming is one of the first visible signs that there is a termite infestation.
