Our Style of Pest Control

Our style of pest control is known as Integrative Pest Management – a science meets common-sense based approach which results in more effective pest control with less environmental impact. Rather than simply applying more chemicals, we use the right chemicals at the right time.

To this end, we hold ourselves to higher standards than the industry minimums. Our technicians hold Clemson Extension University 7A certifications which allow them to safely use and apply EPA-regulated insecticides. In addition to this, our termite tech’s are Termite Treatment Master Certified, an advanced level beyond the state’s established minimums. Further, we are Senticron certified – a standard which less than 5% of the termite control technicians hold.

Our Unrelenting Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

After each time we visit you will receive a call from us, asking you whether or not you’re happy with the service you received. Unlike other companies, we’re not just recording this information and filing it away.

If you aren’t happy with the results, we’ll come back until you are! This is our promise: we’re only finished when your problem is solved.

Pest Control is More Than Just Killing Bugs

If pest control was as simple as killing bugs, anyone could do it. But the reality is pest control includes clean-up, repair, exclusion, and customer service.

Z

Certain critters, like rodents, will make a real mess of your house, and while we could come in and get rid of the offending pest, the reality is that this only brings you partway to your solution.

Z

We believe that the best way to get rid of pests is to never allow them to take hold in the first place. Our monthly pest management plans keep your house protected all year round. From mosquito control in your yard to pest control in your kitchen, we keep unwanted visitors out.

Z

The next step is cleaning and disinfecting the area to prevent the spread of disease. After clean-up, the damage caused may require replacement of wiring, insulation, and even framing timbers. Finally, the entry points that your former-pests used need to be sealed up to prevent them from being able to return. We are your one-stop-shop for this complete pest management service.

Z

Finally, none of these services take place in a vacuum. Throughout the process our technicians and staff will be interacting with you while working in and around your home. A core part of our business is to ensure that we respect you, your time, and your property. We don’t just say that this is a part of our business – we train for this. When you work with us, you’ll notice the difference.
